MASSAGE

Swedish Massage

A Swedish massage session is performed with the client lying on a massage table while the therapist stands above them and manipulates their muscle tissue with a variety of strokes. In addition to providing a general sense of relaxation, a Swedish massage session can help promote healing and reduce pain.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that is similar to the Swedish Massage, but that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is unique and very effective! Traditional Thai massage is really a deep, full-body treatment, starting at the feet and progressing up to the head. Using a sequence of gentle, flowing exercise movements, the recipient’s body is moved, loosened and stretched (some stretch applications linked to Yoga) of the joints and the muscles. This unique type of massage influences the energetic side as well, restoring the flow of energy throughout the body with applied acupressure on the sen energy lines of the body, aimed at harmonizing and energizing.

Foot Massage

Feet relate to specific organs and glands in the body. Foot Massage, stimulating these reflex points, promotes health in those organs in addition to restoring circulation to tired and sore feet. If done by a skilled practitioner, reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment with benefits that can be felt throughout the body.

Sugar Foot Scrub Therapy

Sugar Foot Scrub Therapy naturally soothes, hydrates and refreshes tired feet.
